The First Responder Mental Health Seminar, hosted by Leadwood Fire Protection District, is a free, immersive seminar designed to support the mental health and well-being of those who serve our communities every day.
This event brings together first responders and dispatchers for honest conversations surrounding stress, trauma, burnout, and the unseen weight carried on and off the job. Attendees will gain insight, education, and access to meaningful resources in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
